The PACE Group’s latest sustainability snapshot (Feb–Sept 2025) outlines progress in environmental performance, social responsibility, and governance.
The company recorded 405,319 kgCO₂e in baseline emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3 water-related activities, forming the foundation for future reduction goals. Fleet improvements continue, with 60% of vehicles now electric and 70% hybrid or EV, supported by expanding charging infrastructure.
Social indicators remain strong. PACE reported an Employee NPS of 84% and confirmed that 100% of its top 26 suppliers meet the organisation’s social and human capital standards.
Governance advances include achieving Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, strengthening digital security and compliance.
Innovation also features prominently; in partnership with Aston Villa FC, PACE upgraded lift systems using energy-efficient lighting and improved hydraulic fluids to reduce environmental impact.
Overall, the snapshot underscores PACE’s continued alignment with key UN Sustainable Development Goals and its commitment to ongoing improvement.
