Sustainability is not simply about reporting where we are today it is about establishing the data, governance and accountability required to make better decisions for tomorrow.
Our Q2 2026 Sustainability Snapshot provides an overview of our ESG performance and progress across the second quarter of the year, covering April–June 2026.
Key developments this quarter include:
- 414,330 kgCO₂e of reported GHG emissions across Scope 1, Scope 2 and limited Scope 3.
- 60% of sites under Pace Group utility control are now operating on renewable energy tariffs, supporting our transition towards lower-carbon operations.
- Employee commuting emissions have been incorporated into our Scope 3 reporting from Q2, strengthening the breadth and transparency of our emissions data.
- Our nationwide network of Level 2 Mental Health First Aiders is helping strengthen colleague wellbeing and accessibility to support across both field and office teams.
- The establishment of our Group Innovation Centre is strengthening our in-house manufacturing capabilities, supporting supply chain resilience, operational efficiency and the development of bespoke solutions for our customers.
- We have continued to take practical steps to reduce waste, including giving used pallets a second life through our partnership with Breathing Space Therapeutic Services CIC.
As the Pace Group continues to grow, so does the scope of our ESG reporting. Sustainability data from newly acquired companies will begin to be incorporated from Q1 2027, further strengthening the transparency and consistency of our Group-wide reporting.
For our stakeholders, this represents more than a quarterly set of figures. It is part of our ongoing commitment to measuring our impact, improving our performance and embedding ESG considerations into the way we operate and grow.
Growing the Group. Growing our data. Growing our impact.
