Pace Group’s continued growth has attracted widespread coverage across the regional and business press following the announcement of two further acquisitions in Yorkshire and Scotland.
The acquisition of Bradford Lifts Limited, based in Shipley, and Atlas Lifts & Services, based in Aberdeen, marks another significant step in the Group’s growth and further strengthens its presence across the North of England and Scotland.
Both businesses specialise in lift maintenance and bring highly experienced teams into Pace Group. Together, the acquisitions add 25 colleagues and approximately 1,000 maintained units to the Group, taking Pace’s core maintained portfolio to around 10,000 units.
The two deals also bring the total number of acquisitions completed by Pace Group to 17 since receiving backing from private equity firm LDC in July 2024.
Over the same period, the Group has grown revenue by 65%, from £19.3 million to £32 million for the year ending September 2025, while continuing to expand its technical expertise, regional coverage and service capability.
