This Christmas, The Pace Group is honoured to stand alongside Bfriends Charity and Birmingham Children’s Trust to bring joy, dignity, and moments of hope to young people and young adults across Birmingham.
Across our communities, we know there are children who may wake up on Christmas morning without a present to open, and young adults who would benefit deeply from thoughtful wellbeing items. As a nationwide business rooted in care and community, we felt compelled to act.
Today, we proudly launch our national Christmas campaign inspired by the heartfelt wish lists shared by young people and adults supported by Birmingham Children’s Trust. Across every Pace site in the UK, colleagues will find Christmas trees decorated with bespoke name tags, each one representing an individual and their simple Christmas wishes. Our teams are challenged to select a tag, purchase a gift with care, and return it ready to be delivered in time for Christmas Day.
This collective effort will help ensure that every young person supported by Birmingham Children’s Trust has a gift to open, reminding them that they are seen, valued, and supported.

Members of our Pace Family will pick a name tag from Christmas trees at our different bases across the UK, purchase the gifts, and return them ready for the children of the Trust just in time for Christmas. We hope this lifts everyone’s Christmas spirit.”
