Scott and Lukas, who met while working at Lift & Engineering Services Limited between 2015 and 2016, have turned their friendship into a thriving business partnership.
Scott, then a 28-year-old manager, and Lukas, an 18-year-old contract administrator, bonded over their shared business aspirations. After leaving the company, they promised to collaborate in the future.
In 2018, Scott invested £100,000 in Deltron Lifts Limited, a small independent firm, and later brought Lukas on board. By 2021, the duo had acquired full ownership of Deltron. Under their leadership, the company thrived, achieving a £12 million turnover with a net profit margin of 12-15% in 2023.
Looking beyond Deltron, they established PACE Holdings Group in 2021 to diversify their investments, acquiring well-known brands such as Husbands—the UK’s oldest dumbwaiter company—and Snowdrop Mobility. With recent acquisitions, including Quadrant Lifts and Dolphin Lifts, PACE Holdings Group has achieved group revenues of £25 million and is on track to exceed £32 million by year-end 2025.
