Pace Group has published its latest Sustainability Snapshot, highlighting progress across its environmental, social and governance commitments during the first quarter of 2026.

The Group reported baseline greenhouse gas emissions of 176,923 kgCO₂e, providing an important benchmark against which future progress can be measured. More than 57% of Pace Group UK sites are now powered by renewable electricity tariffs, supporting the Group’s continued efforts to reduce its environmental impact.

Q1 also saw the publication of Pace Group’s first Sustainability Report, strengthening transparency and structured reporting across the business. Operational initiatives include trials of remote lift monitoring across selected locations, supporting real-time diagnostics, proactive maintenance and improved asset efficiency.

Alongside its environmental activity, Pace Group is continuing to strengthen its social commitments. In April, the Group hosted a donor recruitment drive in partnership with Race Against Blood Cancer, encouraging colleagues to join the Stem Cell Donor List. During May, Pace Group is also introducing fully trained Mental Health First Aiders across its nationwide network, helping provide additional support for employee wellbeing.

These initiatives form part of Pace Group’s wider ESG framework and its ongoing commitment to responsible growth, greater transparency and positive environmental and social impact.
